Schryver Medical Utilizes New Mexico Software's Products

Genesis Digital's OmniVue with XR-EXpress PACS

ALBUQUERQUE, NM, September 23-- New Mexico Software, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NMXC), www.nmxc.net, a leading services provider of next-generation business and medical products, announced today the integration of New Mexico Software’s XR-EXpress PACS with Genesis Digital’s OmniVue software for Schryver Medical Inc. The products will be integrated into Schryver Medical’s mobile van fleet in Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Wyoming, and New Mexico.

Schryver Medical Executive Vice President Todd Hubbard said, “The integration of XR-EXpress PACS and Genesis OmniVue provides us with a streamlined workflow for exam order intake, dispatch and image ingestion. When an exam order is placed in XR-EXpress, critical exam data such as facility location, patient demographics, study description, ordering physician, priority, etc. is saved almost instantly.”

New Mexico Software CEO Dick Govatski said, “We have been working with Schryver since 2006. Before the integration effort was available, a technician had to manually type in the data after receiving the films so that they could be properly ingested into XR-EXpress. This was a time consuming process. Now this is handled automatically, representing a substantial savings in time and expense. A technician can click a button using Genesis OmniVue and a list of pending exams shows up. The technician then chooses the correct entry, which shows the patient demographics and study description. This is sent to our XR-EXpress PACS. “

Genesis Digital President Scott Evers said, “All required data is populated automatically. This process speeds up the technician's workflow, eliminates data entry errors and provides high quality patient care. We are pleased to provide Schryver Medical and the mobile medical market with this new automated approach.“
