New Mexico Software Announces South American Venture

New Multi-Year Contract Signed with Medical Company

ALBUQUERQUE, NM, April 27-- New Mexico Software, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NMXC), www.nmxc.net, a leading provider of web-based digital and paper management solutions, announced that it has selected Continental Instrumed S.R.L., as a joint venture partner for its South American medical division.

Ricardo Schwartz, director, South American operations for New Mexico Software, said, “We are pleased to unveil the signing of the multi-year contract we have been working on since the fourth quarter of ’06 with Continental Instrumed, which is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Continental Instrumed will be working with medical distribution companies throughout Latin American countries to offer XR-EXpress, DDS-EXpress and DFC products for the healthcare market. Initially, we will be offering the products in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil.” Schwartz said expansion into other counties is planned.

Jose Martini, marketing director, Continental Instrumed, said, “The XR-EXpress in Spanish is complete. We will be setting up our first customers in Argentina and Chile immediately. The response has been extremely positive from our initial marketing efforts. Continental Instrumed will develop a network of companies in each of the targeted South American countries. The medical healthcare organizations that are selected to represent XR-EX will create the sales opportunities and Continental will handle the support. New Mexico Software will continue to provide the Internet servers and programming capabilities for the product from our data centers in the U.S.
