New Mexico Software Announces New Version of Digital Filing Cabinet

Uses Web-Based Forms Submissions.

ALBUQUERQUE, NM, March 6-- New Mexico Software, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NMXC), www.nmxc.net, a leading provider of web-based digital and paper management solutions, announces the newest version of its Digital Filing Cabinet (DFC) which is able to capture, store, and send both digital and non-digital information. New features in the 3.2 version include the ability to accept electronic forms using Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0 and Acrobat 8 Professional.

The DFC solution allows a company to create any number of forms with Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Professional, send the data to the document repository, and use any of the data elements for indexing and / or in any third-party database. A sophisticated workflow component of the DFC provides administrators simple set up of multifaceted workflows that route data and the images to the proper departments and approvers.

New Mexico Software will be introducing DFC’s new features at the ITEX Las Vegas tradeshow March 21 through March 22 (Booth 1024).
