Our office and operations center is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is staffed 24/7/365 to help in expediting interpretations. We currently have 25 American Board-certified radiologists reading for us, and our Operations team manages the workload for the over 7,400 facilities on our system.

Our standard agreement states that stats have a final report returned in less than 45 minutes and others within 2 hours. In reality our response time has been on average 15 minutes for stats and 21 minutes for most exams, among the best turn-around-times in the industry. Formal reports are dictated, transcribed and available to the client via web-based program or by fax.
